Mindfulness Meditation is a meditation technique to help gain control of the mind, and become more mindful in our everyday practices. The purpose of mindfulness meditation is to train the mind to become calm and stable. Once the mind is calm, we can focus its attention where we want.

Mindfulness meditation can help people eventually reach a continuous mental state of peace, without much effort. This result comes from training the mind everyday to be calm and aware through meditation.

How to do Mindfulness Meditation

To properly practice mindfulness meditation, begin with the transcendental meditation technique. As you begin your meditation, your mind may want to wander. If you give in to the wandering mind, you give up your power to control your mind. You must practice keeping your mind from wandering by being mindful. You must discipline your mind to stay focused everytime you sit down to meditate. Think of mindfulness meditation as working on your mind to become more mindful and self disciplined.

After you are comfortable and ready to begin meditating, first become more aware of your body. Notice your posture, how you are sitting, and feel your lungs fill with air then exhale. Pay attention to the details of how you feel. How does it feel as you inhale? Can you feel your body relaxing?

As you pay attention to the body and deepen your state of meditation, shift your awareness onto your breath. If thoughts arise, do not analyze them. Sometimes it is easy to get lost in your thoughts during meditation, but the purpose of mindfulness meditation is to be is a state of focused awareness on nothing inparticular. Say to yourself, “Any thought that arises during my meditation is unimportant, and will be dealt with afterwards. During my meditation I focused on the rhythym of my breath and a clear mind.”

As you practice mindfulness meditation daily, you should become more self aware and disciplined. Remember, the mind is naturally wild and unfocused, but through constant meditation and training, it can be focused and productive.

This regular thunder claps are to help you maintain steady rhythmic breathing during your meditation.

Listen to the track, and begin regular transcendental meditation. Begin inhaling on the first thunder clap. Inhale slowly through your nose, filling the bottom of your lungs, then the top. If you fill your lungs early, slow down your breathing just a little. You want to breath deeply, while maintaing as relaxed as possible.

After you complete your inhale, wait for the second thunderclap and begin exhaling out of your mouth, pushing all the the air out of your lungs with your adomen muscles. Exhale all of the air out of your mouth, and wait for the next thunderclap to begin inhaling again.

Manifesting Meditation

Manifesting Meditation is a meditation technique to begin the manifestation process of a goal, object, or outcome. By clearing the mind, and focusing completely on the object being manifested, one starts the manifestation process.

How to do Manifesting Meditation

In order to do manifesting meditation, the meditator should be comfortable with regular transcendental meditation. Begin the transcendental meditation technique, breathing deeply and slowly, relaxing your entire body.

Once you are in a deep state of transcendental meditation, begin shifting your awareness onto the objective you wish to manifest, may this be more money, better health, or a deeper spiritual connection and understanding.Slowly construct an image of this objective in your mind’s eye. Begin building the basic structure. As you deepen your meditation, add more detail to this objective. Hold the image as you wish it to be in your mind’s eye.

Once you have fully constructed the image of what you wish to manifest in your mind’s eye, hold that image with relaxed awareness for a few minutes or so. When the image is fully constructed and held in your mind, ask that the image manifest itself into physical reality. Imagine the image you have constructed, is so great in detail and clarity, that you can pick it up and bring it with you. What you have created in your mind is now ready to manifest itself into the physical world.

As you exit your meditation, bring the image of your manifestation back into the physical world. Exit the meditation with a feeling of completion and satisfaction, showing immense gratitude for what has been manifested.
